"Perfect Pet" Calendar Contest

Find your favourite pet photo, fill out an entry form and hand your $10 entry fee in to the shelter for your pet to have a chance to win. Fourteen winners will be selected to be the "Super Pet" of the month. Deadline for entries is July 31, 2012.

Upscale Yard Sale

In May of each year, hundreds of articles are donated for our yard sale. This year and next year, we are at the Moose Lodge. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Moose Lodge, as well as the tireless efforts of our volunteers, we are able to raise a sizable sum to assist with day to day operations of the shelter.

Tag Days

In the spring and fall of each year, we tag in locations in Lindsay, Fenelon Falls, Bobcaygeon and Omemee to raise much needed funds for the Shelter. These communities continue to generously support our cause.

Strawberry Social

The end of June means a terrific lunchtime treat! A variety of sandwiches and strawberry desserts are served while the lunch crowd enjoys local entertainment and a chance to participate in our Silent Auction.

Classics on Kent

Join us on Kent Street in Lindsay for Classics on Kent. This July event is fun for the whole family. Visit our booth and enter our exciting 50/50 draw.

M&M BBQ

Thanks to the support of M&M Meats, we are able to operate a BarBQ with hot dogs, hamburgers and refreshments each year.

Bazaar and Bake Sale

Look for us each holiday season at Cambridge Street Baptist Church. On the last Saturday in November each year, we gather donations of baked goods and seasonal items for our community to purchase. Watch for our ad in the local papers.

Holiday Raffle

This will be the third year for our Holiday Raffle at Lindsay Square Mall. During the month of December, stop by our display while doing your holiday shopping and buy a couple of tickets or purchase our "Perfect Pet" Calendar.

McLean Auction's

Have lunch with us at McLean's auction barn in Lindsay. Our volunteers host the snack bar with all the proceeds going to the Humane Society. Come out for sandwiches, coffee, donuts and much more!
